I purchased these becuase I have a tendency to snore or not breath well certain times of the allergy season and this helps me get through the tough nights. You can use them any time, but they do help.

Some users complain that they don't stay on. I recommend not using alcohol to remove skin oils since it does leave a "film" on skin. I simply use a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. You will LOVE these things especially when the next time you have a cold and try to lay down to go to sleep. Forget the decongestants...you won't need them. These are a bit pricey but insist on brand name only. The others do not work and stick as well as BreathRight.

Anyone whose nose becomes congested as soon as their head hit the pillow will appreciate these strips. I like the tan ones because they seem slightly more flexible than the clear ones. The clear ones (because they are stiffer) sometimes become loosened at one side of the nose and do only half of their work. I do caution to remove these carefully. Ripping them off quickly can result in peeling off skin and leaving you with a big scab on your nose.

If you are having nasal congestion and you need a little extra help getting air into your lungs...these things really work. Both my husband use them regularly. They do help with some of my husbands snoring issues...but not all the time.

Such a simple idea that works so well for me. I have been using these little strips since they first made their appearance on the market. If for some reason, I forget to apply one at bedtime, I soon remember to get up to put one on.. My best sleep happens when I use them regularly. I breathe so much better. I do not want to go wirthout them. My favorite is the tan, small size. Just right for me.

These strips are very effective. I originally bought them in pursuit of a cure for snoring and find that these help quite a bit. They also work for allergy relief allowing you breathe better at night whether or not you snore. I gave them a rating of 4 because I believe that the cost is excessive and because it is very easy to initially place the strip wrong and once this is done the strip cannot be placed again... got to waste another one.
