I LOVE this product! For years I was very selective with what I ate and when b/c it seemed like EVERYTHING gave me gas and made me bloated. It was so bad that it was an ongoing joke among family and close friends....ug! But now, I don't have that issue anymore! It's a huge relief to not have to schedule my life around eating. I can be more free to be anywhere, at any time and eat anything (i.e., a festival). I highly recommended this product.

My GI doctor recommended this product and gave me a two week sample. To be honest, I threw it in a drawer for three months in anger figuring it wouldn't work - I had already tried probiotic products to no avail. I have no idea what's different about Align, but it's truly a miracle. One user said the exact same thing that I'm about to say, I can finally eat out!! For as long as I can remember, I would constantly rush to the bathroom after dining out. At work, I always brought my lunch from home because other foods always upset me. The first week I took Align, I was on vacation, I was fine dining out and feel great! I can't believe I'm cured. I'm hoping this streak continues...

This was very expensive, but due to all the positive reviews, I thought it would be worth it if it worked. I don't have IBS or some of the more severe digestive issues other reviewers describe. Mine are more mild, but I wanted some relief nonetheless. This product didn't do anything for me. Zippo, zilch. I felt the same as I did before I tried this product. I only used it daily for 28 days. Maybe you have to use it longer to see any results. Too pricey for me to keep trying and potentially nothing improve.

I thought Colon Health would be just as good at a lesser price, however, I found that after using it for a month, my old problems came back. Switched back to Align, and it works much better. It's worth the extra cost to avoid major problems.
