I was really surprised how great this worked. It was easy application, you can adjust how strong the exfoliation is based on how much you use, how long you use it and how much pressure you apply scrubbing. My skin was amazingly soft and smooth the next morning and stayed softer for 4 days following. Great price for a laster at home dermabrasion.

This works much better than regular scrubs that have fruit seeds or microbeads. Can't stop touching my face since it's never been this smooth before. I think my skin needs to get used to the crystals though since my face stings just a little during use. And although the package says to apply a quarter-sized amount each time, I think half a dime is more appropriate to start with since you really don't need that much. Trust! If you find that you need extra exfoliation, then add a little more. You'll really feel the difference since all areas of your face are being taken care of, which is difficult for large microbeads to do sometimes. Awesome product!

I like it a lot! It is quite an exfoliator -- no gentle little microbeads, but real, thorough exfoliation. The ingredients include moisturizers like Shea Butter that seem to help nourish the skin. Even with a harsh feeling scrub like this, my skin does not get irritated and feels healthy and clean when I'm done. I use it once or twice a week. I like the whole Skin Preservation line.

Wash face. Apply a quarter-size amount to wet, just cleansed skin. Massage over entire face for 1-2 minutes, avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Adjust fingertip pressure as needed, using less pressure as needed, using less pressure on delicate areas. Close eyes and rinse thoroughly with cool water. Pat dry. For best results, use in the shower up to 3 times per week. Apply a sun protection product prior to sun exposure.
