Works well to enhance endurance/strength

I chew one of these about 30 minutes prior to my workout and chew one directly after my workout, as recommended on the label. As a female, I am not looking to get bigger, but to have more endurance for cardio and strength/endurance in weight-training. This product accomplishes both. I'd say I'm able to lift 2-5 lbs. more per set of weight work when using this product than without. Cardio-wise, I find that I can work out longer and get less winded. It really does seem to increase muscular strength and recovery.

I take 2 of these every morning. They are pretty big (bottle calls them "wafers) and really gritty. Doesn't taste too bad, just wash it down with some water. I could notice an increase in strength and muscle mass. My friend got some and hes had similar effects.

Have been working out on a regular basis with protein and have had average results. Have been taking one of these a day doing the same things and after a month have noticed a big difference in muscle building. Easy to take, taste is good, and price is right. No complaints.

As a dietary supplement, for creatine maintenance, chew one or two tablets daily. For creatine loading, chew eight tablets per day: two tablets at four hour intervals. Continue this process for four days. Do not exceed the loading level for more than four days in any one month period. Drink 6 to 8 fl. oz. of water with each serving. Do not exceed the stated amount.

Store in a cool, dry place.
