this was a great product for my adult acne.

I use this exclusively as a facial soap. I never used a facial soap before this, and don't really like any others. Doesn't dry my skin out like most soaps do, but keeps skin clean and healthy.

Was nice to use while it lasted. It got really mushy and lost it's shape so I couldn't use it anymore.

I am a fan of Aveeno products, and have used this bar for years! As a mature women (mid-fifties), I still have a slight tendency to break out. This product keeps that in check, makes my face feel clean, and does not dry my skin out.I recently tried to find this formula locally, with no success---that's when I went online.[...]I would give the product 5 stars, except that I'm not crazy about the scent--a little medicinal for me.

I have acne that is pretty much under control, except for the occasional breakout - as long as I use the right products. I had been using a tea tree oil soap but I had run out. I was away from home and couldn't find it anywhere so I decided to try this instead. For me it works fabulously. My skin has never looked so clear and luminous. I use it on my face and in the shower and since using it I have had no breakouts whatsoever. The main ingredient is salycic acid which I have been using on my face at night for years and years. Those who have problems with salycic acid or whose skin is unused to it might not have the great results I did. But I love, love, love this soap. I stockpile it and I carry it around with me on all my trips. Wouldn't be without it!

This soap actually makes you feel clean. It's refreshing and light. I have sensitive skin, and this doesn't bother me at all. At time's I have oily skin, and this feels great to use, and other times I'm really dried out, and this soap doesn't dry me out more, so it's good for combination skin types.

When I was a teen, my dermatologist recommended Aveeno Bar to me. Our family is blessed and cursed with very oily skin. I've used this soap through my twenties, thirties and forties for adult acne. Now in my fifties I use it to help control my Rosacea. This is great soap. It doesn't make my sensitive skin breakout and controls my oiliness. I was lucky I had that doctor way back when.

this soap is pretty good. It clears my pimples and makes my skin feesl soft after use. i think it works effictively when you don't use it way too often. I only use it on days where i really start to break out (when i'm on my period) and other days i use my oatmeal soap. I tone with Dickinsons Daily Facial Toner in Witch Hazel. and i moisturize with Neutrogena's Visibly Even products for night and day. sooo yea, when using this soap you DEFINITELY need to tone and moisturize or else you will end up looking like you have lizard skin. but when i'm done with this soap, i'm definitely going to consider getting the Dickinsons Transparent Facial Bars. I hear it works well with the toner.

This soap works great for cleaning and getting rid of make-up. The main complaint I have is that it does dry my skin a little after use.

This product gave me a severe case of Contact Dermatitis. It burned the areas around my eyes, mouth, and neck. It caused a rash everywhere else. I will not use anything else from Aveeno.
