I use simplly sleep a couple times each week.I worry about taking sleep aids that are too strong but this one is mild and works.Having to get up with the kids in the morning was not a problem.That it is made by a trusted company make me feel a ease about use. Good product ,good value.

I've been using Simply Sleep for years to combat my nightly insomnia (which started in my early 40s). In the beginning, I took half the recommended dosage (1 pill) and that worked fine. After a couple of years, I needed to increase to the full dose (2 pills) to get the same results. Simply Sleep works quickly (within 15 minutes) and gives me a restful 8 hours of sleep. No hungover feeling in the morning.

I use Simply Sleep occasionally to help me relax and fall asleep as well as to help me stay asleep. I sometimes suffer from continual wake-ups during the night, but with Simply Sleep these are non-existent. It works quickly, great product

I basically use it once or twice a week. Sometimes I can tell I'm going to need it (for instance, I ate chocolate late at night), so I take it a bit before I'm going to bed so it can start working a little sooner. Anyway, it seems to do the job. I like the fact it is non-addictive.

I take this about an hour before I am ready to sleep if I've had a few restless nights. Usually I take half a dose the first night (1 pill) and it works fine. If I need to, the second night I'll take a full dose. Once I get one or two good nights sleep in a row, I usually don't have to use anything again for a few weeks or a few months depending.

Diphenhydramine HCL does not seem to work as well as Diphenhydramine Citrate ... Well, I am not a pharmacist, but put otherwise, the sleep ingredient in Bayer PM works, this one from Tylenol does not.

I take this for allergies, basically it's benedryl but easier to use than punching a pill out of a bubble. No "hangover" effects in the morning.

I only take 1 - not 2 as recommended - and works beautifully for me. I fall asleep quickly, sleep through the night and wake up alert. Works better for me than Tylenol PM or anything else.
